The Cardinals on Dogwood design is a beautifully curated piece of metal garden art created with nature in mind. Hand‑painted details highlight the iconic bright red plumage of the male cardinal, the soft brown tones of the female, and the pastel yellow‑white hues of blooming dogwood flowers. Crafted from recycled steel and pre‑treated for our signature rusted patina, this charming silhouette adds a warm, vintage touch to garden gates, fence posts, windowsills, and more.

Northern Cardinals are beloved throughout the eastern United States, Canada, and Mexico, known for their striking color and distinctive presence. Dogwood blooms—recognized for their soft, elegant petals—pair meaningfully with the cardinal, especially for Virginians, as the dogwood is the state flower and the cardinal is the state bird. With a 90° angled tab and pre‑drilled screw holes, this piece mounts easily to a variety of surfaces, and the wing can be gently shaped by hand to add lifelike dimension. For long‑lasting color and protection, consider applying a seasonal coat of clear Satin Lacquer.
